I've read this fanfic a while back, but now I'm just itching to re-read it again, but I can't seem to remember the title. It included Uchihacest, threesome between Itachi, Sakura, and Sasuke. It is about how Sakura used to be a slave/concubine or something akin to that, and then she ended up being with Tsunade, who is the leader of Konoha. She teaches Sakura many things, becomes her favourite, but she decided to give Sakura to Itachi because a lot of the other officials want her for themselves under the guise of her being a prize to him for being loyal or something. Itachi takes very good care of Sasuke and they share everything, including Sakura.
Please help me relieve my itch =(
